Today is National Watermelon Day!! Celebrate with some spectacular recipes!

I looooove me some watermelon and I'm super excited to try out some of these great recipes I found over at The National Watermelon Promotion Board's website.  Not only does their site contain some pretty mouth-watering watermelon recipes, but they have tons of great information about watermelons, tips, and even step-by-step instructions on how to carve a watermelon into some pretty awesome stuff!

I'm really excited to try out the Frozen Watermelon Blackberry Margaritas with Cilantro and Vanilla!  Which recipes will you try??
